Led by educated and enthusiastic volunteers, these activities allow you to explore fundmental concepts in Earth Science and have fun in the process:
- Dig for real fossils!
- Make your own meteorite impacts and the cratering they cause! Learn about extinctions.
- Bring your own rocks, minerals and fossils for experts to identify.
- Experiment with convecting fluids and learn about volcanic eruptions!
- Learn about how landslides are predicted!
- Make miniature tsunamis and other waves!
- Measure earthquake magnitude and experiment with simulated building collapses!
