On the desktop of your computer, there should be a shortcut
for the OPTICAL MINERALOGY program.
If it is not located on the desktop already, it will be in a folder called GEOLOGY PROGRAMS, also located on the desktop.

located on the desktop.
On the desktop of your computer, there should be a shortcut
for the OPTICAL MINERALOGY program.
Once you double click on the OPTICAL MINERALOGY icon, the following window should appear:
Clicking the mouse anywhere will activate the program. Once you have gotten to the main menu, proceed from there to the topic of your choice. Exiting from the program at any time will return you to the page from where you left.
