2008: PhD in Geological Sciences attained from the University of British Columbia, Canada. 


Thesis: Patterns of Distal Alteration Zonation around Antamina Cu-Zn Skarn and Uchucchacua Ag-Base Metal Vein Deposits, Peru: Mineralogical, Chemical and Isotopic Evidence for Fluid Composition, and Infiltration, and Implications for Mineral Exploration.


2003: MSc in Mineral Exploration attained from the Mineral Engineering Department of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, U.S.A.


Thesis: Geology, Alteration, Mineralization and Timing of the Ojo de Agua Breccia Field   Prospect, Sonora, Mexico.


1988: BSc in Geological Engineering attained from the San Marcos University, Lima, Peru.

Research Interests

Geological, mineralogical and geochemical footprints of Polymetallic Intrusión-related Carbonate Replacement Deposits and their application in Mineral Exploration.
